Denti-Cal

Medi-Cal Dental Services has a comprehensive approach to dental health care.

Hearing impaired beneficiaries can call 1-800-735-2922 for Teletext Typewriter (TTY). Ask the operator to call the Denti-Cal Toll-Free Beneficiary Line at 1-800-322-6384.

Medi-Cal

Medi-Cal is California's Medicaid program. It is public health insurance. Medi-Cal gives needed health care services to people with low income, including families with children, seniors, persons with disabilities, children in foster care, pregnant women, and low-income persons with specific diseases such as tuberculosis, breast cancer or HIV/AIDS.

Medi-Cal Fair Hearing

A Medi-Cal Fair Hearing helps you if you applied for, got, or now get Medi-Cal and have a complaint. Your complaint can be about how your benefits or services are or were given. You can also ask for a hearing if Medi-Cal denied or changed your services.

Medi-Cal Managed Care

The Managed Care Operations Division (MCOD) contracts for health care services. MCOD contracts with networks of organized care systems. Networks include providers such as doctors and hospitals. The networks stress primary and preventive care.

Ombudsman

The Medi-Cal Managed Care Office of the Ombudsman helps solve problems without taking sides. The goal is to make sure our members get all medically necessary covered services in the plan contract.
